Our Story
Coffee is where it started. And where we are going.
Evry Coffee was born from a shared passion between Rob and Ale — a couple brought together by their love for travel, culture, and (of course) really good coffee.
Rob is a Canadian TV director who has worked in over 40 countries. Between long days on set and constant travel, great coffee wasn’t just a luxury — it was a necessity. Whether sipping espresso in Rome or discovering single-origin beans in Ethiopia, Rob developed a palate for the world's most exceptional brews.
Ale, a 28-year-old Venezuelan adventurer, has lived in five different countries before turning 25. Her journey began in Colonia Tovar, a German-influenced town nestled in the mountains of Venezuela, where her family owns a traditional coffee farm. The beans grown there are exceptional — single-origin, organic, grown without chemicals, and bursting with flavor, thanks to nutrient-rich soils and perfect high-altitude conditions.
Together, their love for travel and tradition sparked something more — a vision. They wanted to make world-class coffee more accessible, without sacrificing quality or convenience.
That vision became Evry Coffee — a company built to bring premium, Italian-made automated coffee machines to everyday places: community centres, offices, gyms, hospitals, and anywhere people gather and crave a great cup.
